The red point is the fire itself, hot enough to register above what the sensor can record at 2.2 micrometres; the dark trail running south-east is smoke. The same water was empty on the 31 July pass, with no vessel present at all. By the next clear pass, 7 August at 06:53 UTC, the fire was out and the hull was still in the same place. The vessel has not been identified, nothing in these pixels reads a name or a flag, and no reported incident matches this position.
